I am walking the Southwest Coast Path starting 5 September in memory of my son Leon. The coast path is 630 miles long and will take me roughly 5-6 weeks. I will be wild camping in my little tent most nights.

My eldest son Leon took his own life 22 years ago. He had severe mental health issues. I believe mental health charities are vital and can play a very important role in the wellbeing of people. I have chosen this particular charity because they focus on young people.
